About
Calcuta Resources seeks to develop carbon negative or carbon neutral oil projects, mainly through the use of C02-EOR projects that capture carbon from emitting sources. Currently Calcuta owns and operates a 6,400-acre property in Dewey County, Oklahoma for which it is developing a C02 capture project to recover up to 19 MM barrels of oil. Calcuta uses a combination of a team with vast industry and geological experience as well as proprietary AI tools co developed with Data Insights AI, to identify fields with carbon capture potential.
Providing energy for the future
We utilize the power of energy to deploy the right technology in the right place at the right time
Objective
Achieve net negative oil production
Responsible oil & gas
Calcuta Resources focuses on carbon offsetting as one mechanism we use as part of a mix of approaches to reduce overall emissions. With solid and responsible ethical standards, we compensate for our carbon footprint by planting trees most efficiently
The future of energy
C02 carbon capture programs have the potential if scaled to drastically reduce global and us emissions in the near future.
